nutrition counseling in the privacy, convenience and comfort
of your own home. We service southern Ventura and northern LA
counties.

- Private Fitness Training – 45 minute sessions two
or three days per week all in the convenience of your own
home! No equipment, no problem! Jon has all the mobile equipment
needed to exceed your needs!
- Small Group Fitness Training – This program allows
one, two, or three friends to join you in this one hour workout!
Sweat together and save money together. This very affordable
package makes working out economical... and fun!
- Golf Fitness – Our program focuses on strengthening
your body while increasing range of motion, flexibility, balance,
and coordination. In addition, learn how to decrease the risk
of golf related injuries and warm up properly!!
- Corporate Fitness Training - Now you can never be “too
busy to work out!” We come directly to your office with
mobile equipment to give you the exercise you need!
